At Triskova, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:
- Damaged during shipping,
- Defective,
- Missing parts,
- Or you received the wrong product,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- An unboxing video recorded while opening the package (highly recommended)
An unboxing video helps us verify shipping-related issues much faster and may significantly speed up the resolution process.
If we determine that the issue was caused by our error or damage during shipping, we will, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement free of charge, or
- Issue a full refund.
You will not be required to return the damaged or incorrect item unless specifically requested by our support team.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (such as change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective item, or shipping damage confirmed by our support team), we will cover the resolution by providing either a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been processed.
If the exchange is required because we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after they are placed.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy after receiving your package.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without providing justification.
The returned item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
